30+ weddings and events a year, from client intake and contracts to final delivery. I hire, schedule, and manage a team of photographers and videographers, review their work, and keep post-production on contracted deadlines.
Rubaiyaat
Social media marketing for wedding vendors across NJ and NY. I built the content calendars, timelines, and review workflows used on every account, and report KPIs to clients.
Amira Coffee Bar
Launched from scratch: vendors, SOPs, equipment, and a booking system that filled the event calendar in year one. I hire, train, and schedule part-time staff and run event logistics.
